On one of our dates Ed and i had seen a menu item for Cheeseburger Flat Bread.....we both thought it sounded good, sooooo, since it is summer i played around in my kitchen.....couldn't be that hard to figure out....

Dinner was a success! Everybody loved it and there were no tears at the table or grumbles of wanting to move to Mexico or an orphanage! I will make this again!!!
